Refund / Cancellation Policy
Due to Force Majeure or Vis Majeure, the Company shall not be obligated to provide you with a reimbursement if the tour or any portion thereof cannot be executed.
Due to Force Majeure or Vis Majeure, the Company shall not be obligated to provide you with a reimbursement if the tour or any portion thereof cannot be executed. The Company, however, reserves the right to determine the amount of the refund at its sole discretion based on a number of variables, including the number of participants and the cancellation policies of suppliers, such as hoteliers and coach operators. The Company’s determination of the refund amount is final.
The processing of the refund would require at least a minimum of 15 to 30 days (if due).
It is acknowledged that there will be no reimbursement in any way if the client chooses not to use any of the services, including lodging, attractions, transportation, meals, admission fees, optional tours, etc. for any reason.
Reimbursements (if any) for changes and/or cancellations will be issued immediately to the client for reservations made directly with the company via NEFT, RTGS, crossed check, or credit card; at the company’s option, it may also be reversed to their credit card account. Refund processing would take at least 30 days.
Any unused services (such as meals, entrance fees, optional excursions, accommodations, transportation, and sightseeing, etc.) are not refundable for any reason.
Any service that has been reserved in advance and cancelled in accordance with the booking policy will be refunded using the same method of payment, less any applicable cancellation fees and bank fees. This process will take 15 to 30 days to reflect in the customer’s account (to customer bank account if paid by bank transfer, net banking mode, credit/debit card, and so forth; reversal to their respective credit card account would be made in these cases).
